The cultural mission of the Sapien Nation is to enable sensemaking in our modern age through showcasing the collective perspectives and views of the Tribes that make up our platform. The Metaverse Newspaper is our first cultural initiative and will be published in regular, ever-evolving editions that reflect the state of the Nation.

🪙  Minting

We will be setting a price for each edition of the Metaverse Newspaper. The copies of a particular edition are unlimited and will be available for purchase retroactively. We are planning on splitting the proceeds of each edition with the DAOs, Tribes, and individual community members who contributed content.

✍️  Editorial Process

The Newspaper will set a standard for quality contributions through a process of content review conducted by an editorial board. This process will ensure that claims made in our Newspaper submissions are appropriately backed by data, thereby moving us in the direction of better information dissemination for all members of the Sapien Nation.

✨  Sapien Network

The Metaverse Newspaper will be minted and viewed on the Sapien network dApp. The app is currently in private beta for existing users, passport holders, and select DAOs. Access the private beta here.

🗓  Release Schedule

Initially, as we are building the engineering infrastructure to support this initiative, we plan to release editions of the Newspaper monthly. Eventually, our goal is to get editions down to a weekly, or even daily release cadence.
