The Sapien Nation dApp, Sapien Network, provides onboarding that is easy both for individuals looking to join a DAO and DAOs looking for their community’s home. Web3 is powerful, but the technology and lingo can often be confusing, preventing people from actually getting involved in the space.
We make it easy. You just need an email address, and you become a citizen of the Sapien Nation. As a citizen, you are automatically created a Web3 wallet. With a click of a button, you can join a Tribe or create a Tribe. If you create a Tribe, when you’re ready, you can upgrade it to a DAO, giving you access to a multi-sig wallet (wallet managed by multiple community members) as well as other powerful tools, like issuing badges.
With badges, you can issue, for example, an “Onboarding Badge” to new members, signaling membership in your DAO, as well as giving access to a variety of important DAO information and resources.
Everyone wants to find a community where they belong, and every community wants to find members that align with their values. The Sapien Nation provides both.
Within the Sapien Network, individuals can use the Discovery page to search and connect with DAOs that they resonate with. DAOs can do the same to find other DAOs to collaborate with.
The DAOs can also use the NFT passports to find members to hire and contribute. Since the badges can be used for both credentialing and identity building, DAOs can look at individuals’ passports to find people with specific interests and skills.
In addition, when Tribes upgrade to DAOs, they gain access to Parliament where they can learn about other DAOs and cross collaborate on projects that support their missions.
Cross collaboration is what sets the Sapien Network apart from all other platforms. On other platforms, DAOs can build their community, but there isn’t an easy way to tap into other DAO communities.
DAOs live on so many different platforms right now. Our network is specifically designed for DAOs by DAOs. We’re building everything a DAO needs so that multiple platforms don’t need to be used. We plan to be THE pace for DAOs to scale, grow, and operate.
